The villa is in eastern Tuscany, near Arezzo, in Valdichiana.

The Sentiero della bonifica, a cycle path from Arezzo to Siena articulated in various itineraries for bikers to discover the artistic and landscape beauties of Valdichiana, is an unusual way to visit the region. Starting from Marciano della Chiana, the itinerary "Valdichiana aretina: agricoltura e città d'arte" (Arezzo's Chiana Valley: Agriculture and Art Cities) presents several spurs to Castiglion Fiorentino, Lucignano and Monte San Savino. The "Sentiero dei principes etruschi" (the itinerary dedicated to the Etruscan principes) leads to Cortona and the Archaeological park Sodo.


Description

The villa stands on a hill a few kilometres from the centre of Arezzo.
A wide fully fenced park with the private swimming pool (11x3 m; depth: 1.40 m), an external shower, a wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment stretches around the house.
A loggia is furnished for having meals in the open air.

Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.


Accommodation

The two-storey building can accommodate 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, dining area with fireplace and a double bedroom.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with bathtub and one with private bathroom with whirlpool shower) and a bathroom with shower.
