Location

The villa is located in Sienese Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Montepulciano.

Valdichiana is a region in south-eastern Tuscany that stretches in the provinces of Siena and Arezzo.
Renowned among foodies for the excellent Chianina meat, Sinalunga delicatessen and the locally produced pecorino cheese and extra-virgin olive oil, Valdichiana is also rich in medieval villages and churches immersed in a charming landscape, as well as in nature reserves and thermal towns, the most famous being San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme.


Description

The former farmhouse on the hills around Montepulciano overlooks the lush Sienese countryside.
A few kilometres from the villa are Chianciano Terme thermal baths, the Lake of Chiusi and the Nature Reserve of the Lake of Montepulciano. The Crete Senesi region, with its fascinating lunar landscape, Montalcino, Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and the Chianti district are easily reached by car.

The barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) are in the beautiful garden rich in olive, fruit, pine and cypress trees that stretches around the building. The pool side is equipped with sun loungers and chairs. A bathroom with shower is at guests' disposal in the annex close to the swimming pool.
Guests can dine outdoor in the veranda furnished with table and chairs.


Accommodation

The two-storey building accommodates 14 guests in 3 twin bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and a double bedroom.
On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with bathtub and two with shower).

A second entrance at the back gives access to a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.

The double bedroom on the ground floor has a direct access to the garden.
