The villa (10 beds) is situated near Lucignano, in the heart of Valdichiana, just a few kilometres away from important cities of art, such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena and San Gimignano. The building, an ancient but renovated farmhouse with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings and furnished in the warm Tuscan rustic style, is surrounded by a gorgeous garden dotted with oak, acacia and olive trees. On a terrace of the garden there are the swimming pool, the dressing rooms, an external bathroom and an area with barbecue equipment. The villa is provided with all comforts (dish washer, satellite TV, oven, ceiling fans) and features a laundry near the main building and a private parking lot. For those who love nature: possibility of hiking, bicycle and horse riding. Possibility of doing hot-air balloon flights in the neighbourhood of the villa for those who want to do new experiences.

The villa (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + 1 external bathroom near the swimming pool) composes of two storeys and a small attic, connected by both internal and external stairs.

On the ground floor there are a living/dining room with fireplace and piano, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and satellite TV.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and satellite TV and a living room with fireplace and independent entrance. Last but not least, 1 twin-bedded room with satellite TV on the attic.
