Description

The typical Tuscan rustic cottage is situated in the heart of Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Arezzo historic centre. Around the building stretch 5 hectares of land. The estate is fully fenced.

About 20 metres from the house lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m), which is at guests` disposal from May to September.

The villa features also a terrace furnished for having meals al fresco.

Important Tuscan cities of art, including Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Cortona, Caprese Michelangelo, Florence and Siena, are just a few kilometres from the villa and are easily reached by car.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building; it sleeps 10+2 people in 3 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen provided with direct access to the garden; a large living room with dining area, a piano and a fireplace; a bathroom.

The first floor is divided into a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed; a small kitchenette/breakfast room; three double-bedded rooms; two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed; three bathrooms.

Two bathrooms have a shower and two come with a bathtub.


Facilities and Services

The villa comes with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, working fireplaces, satellite TV, washing machine and private car parking place.
A baby sitter and a cook are available upon request.
A maid service is supplied upon request (additional charges apply).
