Location

The villa is a few kilometres from Viareggio and the most famous beaches of Versilia.

Viareggio, which is mainly renowned for its bathing establishments, hosts also a famous Carnival and a museum devoted to this festive season housed in the Cittadella del Carnevale. Villa Puccini, where the famous composer lived from 1891 to 1921, and Villa Borghese are worth a visit as well.

The Darsena is the haunt of night-life lovers.


Description

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting not only Versilia, Lucca and Garfagnana but also important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence and Pisa. All of these tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.

The villa stands at the centre of a wide terraced park and features a lawn area equipped with a barbecue.
The swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1-1.70 m) is on a terrace a few dozen metres from the house and is supplied with a lighting system, a toilette and an outdoor shower.
A wide covered terrace is furnished for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The two-storey building is divided into two connected apartments, can accommodate 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 is set on two levels, can accommodate 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of a small kitchen and a large living room with dining area and a double sofa bed.
Six steps lead to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a passageway dressing room leading to an open gallery with a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub on the lower ground floor.

Apartment 2 is set on two levels, can accommodate 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a small kitchen and a bright living/dining room.
Six steps lead to the lower ground floor, which consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a passageway room leading to an open gallery with a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub.

The villa comes with swimming pool (occasionally shared with the guests of two small apartments nearby), outdoor shower and toilette, barbecue, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, stereo system, oven, microwave oven, freezer, coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair and private car parking place.
A baby sitter, a cook and a beauty treatment and massage service are available upon request.
