Villas with Pool

Location

The villa is located near Terranuova Bracciolini, a small town in Upper Valdarno, in the province of Arezzo.

The last of the so-called "terre murate" (walled lands) Florence created in the Middle Ages, in origin Terranuova Bracciolini was called Castel Santa Maria. The village took its present name only in the second half of the 19th century as a homage to its distinguished citizen Poggio Bracciolini.

The castle was severely damaged during World War II, but some parts of the walls and three of its four towers have survived.

On the second Sunday of every month an Antiques Fair takes place in the squares and streets of Terranuova Bracciolini.

Concini palace, the 17th-century oratory of San Benedetto, the church of the Nativity of the Virgin, the church of Santa Maria a Pernina and the neo-gothic church of San Bartolomeo al Pozzo are worth a visit as well.


Description

Set in the heart of Arezzo countryside, the villa is an excellent solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays in close contact with nature. Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Arezzo, Caprese Michelangelo, Casentino, Chianti and many other tourist destinations in Tuscany and central Italy are easily reached by car. A famous outlet village selling trendy fashion brands at keen prices is a few kilometres from the property.

The barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (60 m²) are in the wide park that surrounds the building. The pool side is furnished with parasols and sun loungers.


Accommodation

The two-storey building is split into four independent apartments; in total it can accommodate 16 guests in 1 triple bedroom, 5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single sofa bed, and has 7 bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
The single sofa bed is in the living room of one of the apartments.
The laundry room is at guests' disposal in a separated room.


Facilities and Services

The villa comes with swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool bathtub, barbecue, radio and CD player, television set, Internet connection, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
Guests can hire the horses of the farm and some bicycles for guided tours in the surrounding countryside.
Cooking lessons and visits to the nearby wineries and dairies are organised upon request.

Shops and services of any kind are 4-5 minutes from the property.
