Description

The windows and the garden of the villa situated in Colle Val d`Elsa (Siena) afford a wonderful view of the hills of Valdelsa, the region crossed by the Via Francigena (the ancient pilgrimage road connecting northern Europe with Rome) that in the past played an important role in the Tuscan road system. In proximity to Colle Val d`Elsa are also the two important medieval towns of Monteriggioni and San Gimignano.
The villa is located halfway from Florence and Siena, which makes it an excellent departure point for one-day trips to the town of the lily and to that of the Palio, as well as in the Chianti region.

The villa is surrounded by a garden in which are some toys for children, a table for having meals al fresco, the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m). The area around the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and sunshades.

The two-storey building is divided into three apartments and can accommodate 12+2 guests in 3 twin bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed; it also has 3 kitchens, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms.
