Villas with Pool

The villa (8+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the heart of Tuscany, on the hills around San Miniato, not far from Pisa. Other important Tuscan cities of art and culture such as Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and Siena as well as the beaches of Versilia and of the Etruscan Coast are easily reached with the car.

In the neighbourhood of the house are also Corazzano, with its museums of sacred and non-sacred art, and San Miniato, where every year in November a white truffle trade fair takes place. Just a few kilometres from the estate: tennis court and golf club.

The villa overlooks the surrounding olive groves and vineyards, which in the past belonged to the branch of Napoleon Bonaparte`s family that lived in San Miniato.

A wide park surrounds the building, which in mentioned in a document dating back to 1585. The private swimming pool equipped with sunloungers and sunshades is at guests` disposal.

The villa is provided with all comforts (TV set, DVD player, wireless Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, American-style coffee maker and hair-dryer) and has a private car park. Truffle hunting experiences, visits to a chocolate maker and a dairy with tasting experience and guided horseback rides are organised upon request.

The villa (4 double bedrooms + 2 single sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is a two-storey building.
The ground floor consists in kitchen with fireplace, wide living room, dining room, reading room with two single sofa beds, laundry room and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are 3 large double bedrooms (two of which can be transformed into twin-bedded bedrooms), 1 twin-bedded bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub-shower and 1 bathroom with shower.
