Villas with Pool

Built in the 16th century, the villa (10+1 sleeping accommodations) is in the Garfagnana region, about 40 kilometres from Lucca. The villa is the ideal accommodation for nature and trekking lovers, who will have the opportunity of doing numerous excursions in the neighbourhood. Pisa, Florence and the Versilian beaches are easily reached by car.

An Italian garden surrounds the building and the magnificent hanging terrace overlooks the Apuan Alps and the surrounding countryside. The outdoor swimming pool (10x5 m) is equipped with gazebos and sun loungers. An ancient well has been covered with a glass dome and transformed into a whirlpool swimming pool. At guests` disposal: the fitness and relax area in the lemon house and some bicycles. The estate is fenced.

Provided with all comforts (satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, Internet connection, gas oven, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, cot bed and car park), the villa is furnished with period furniture. The ceiling of the lounge is decorated with ancient frescoes.

The villa (4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom) is a two-storey building.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, storeroom, dining room with TV set and fireplace, reading room with video cassettes for children and trekking maps and tea room.
A stone stair leads to the first floor, where are the library, the music lounge with stereo system, a "secret garden", 3 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bedroom with super-single bed, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with whirlpool shower and 1 bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding a supplementary bed in one of the single bedrooms.
The lemon house is furnished for eating al fresco.
