Villas with Pool

Location

The villa is located in Castiglion Fiorentino, a town of Etruscan origin in Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo. Staying at the villa guests will have the opportunity to visit the many medieval towns scattered in the region, including Cortona, Anghiari, Monterchi, Lucignano and Monte San Savino. Other charming historic towns, such as Montepulciano, Sansepolcro (where every year in September takes place the traditional Palio della Balestra) and Pienza, are within easy driving distance. A few kilometres from the villa are also Lake Trasimeno and Rapolano Terme with its spas.


Description

The complex consists in a villa and a cottage. Built in the second half of the 19th century, in origin the villa was a farmhouse.
In the fully fenced garden that surrounds the complex are a children`s playground, a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a gazebo and the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.10-2.20 m). A table and some chairs are at guests` disposal for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The complex can accommodate 9+3 guests in 1 triple bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed and 1 supplementary single bed; the villa and the cottage have in total 2 bathrooms.

The two-storey villa can accommodate 6+3 guests in 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 1 bathroom.
The ground floor composes of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a piano and a fireplace, and a large kitchen.
On the first floor are a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.

In the cottage are three single beds (two of which can be united to form a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
