The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is just 4 kilometres from the medieval village of Bolsena, close to the homonymous lake. Near the property stretches the charming Turona Park, where guests can dedicate to birdwatching and trekking. Just a few kilometres from the villa are also Pitigliano and the thermal establishments of San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni San Filippo and Saturnia. Those who like water sports can dedicate to windsurf, sailing, water ski and fishing (within the limits established by law) in Lake Bolsena.

The villa is surrounded by a garden overlooking the lake, where are the round swimming pool and the barbecue equipment. The villa is provided with fireplace, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and car park. Animals are allowed but the property is not fenced.

The villa (2 triple bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments.

Apartment 1 is on the first floor, covers a surface of 120 m² and composes of equipped kitchen, living room with glass window and wonderful panoramic view, living/dining room with fireplace, 1 double-bedded room, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The wide balcony is furnished for eating al fresco.

Apartment 2 is on the ground floor, covers a surface of 110 m² and consists in kitchen, living room, 1 double-bedded room, 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed and 1 large bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped for eating al fresco.
