Villas with Pool

The villa (accommodation for 10 people) is a building of the 16th century; it was an outpost garrisoned by a little group of soldiers as it is evidenced by openings in the walls and by arms found during the recent restoration. The villa is located near Monterchi, in the province of Arezzo, where it is possible to see the famous “Madonna del Parto” by Piero della Francesca. From the villa there is a fantastic view of the valley. The villa has a swimming pool (11x6) and a barbecue. Besides, there is a parking, a private little lake for trout fishing, satellite TV, air conditioning (additional charges apply) and 2 cots for new-born babies. Possibility of organizing a free tour of Valtiberina, upon request.

The villa (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) has a surface of 250 m². On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, a sitting room for reading and listening music. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with two single beds (one of the 2 bedrooms may become double, upon request). Every bedroom has a bathroom with shower. Near the building is a tower with private entrance. On the ground floor are a room furnished with sofa and chairs and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom that can become a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the last floor of the tower is a panoramic balcony with view on the valley.
