Villas with Pool

The villa (accommodation for 10 people) was a barn built in the XVI century. The villa is located on a hill between Florence and Siena and offers a fantastic view on the typical Tuscan landscape, rich in vineyards and olive groves. The villa has a big farmyard and a private swimming pool (6x12x1,40–1,60). Near the swimming pool: deckchairs, beach umbrellas and barbecue. On the outside of the villa there is a laundry. At guests` disposal: seven-a-side football field and Internet connection. The villa has any kind of comfort. If requested: extra change of household linen, cot for new born babies and high chair. The villa is located 15 km far from a little village called Ama. Near the villa there are the towns of Radda in Chianti (with shops and services) and Lecchi in Chianti (with supermarket, restaurant and postal service).

Distances: Siena 25 km – Florence 50 km.

The villa (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is dislocated on 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a dining room with a little fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with hydro massage. In the first floor there are 2 communicating dining rooms, both with a little kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
