Description

The villa is situated in the plain of Lucca, close to Montecarlo. The mountains of the Garfagnana and the beaches of the Versilia are within easy car distance, as well as Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and Pistoia. Collodi, which is widely renowned for its park dedicated to Pinocchio, is just a few kilometres from the estate.

The ideal accommodation for nature lovers, the villa stands in proximity to an agricultural business, and is surrounded by olive trees, vines and fruit trees. Upon their arrival at the villa, guests are welcomed with some products of the farm.

An about 2,000-square-metre fenced garden stretches around the building. The garden is furnished with table and chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco. In the garden are also the barbecue equipment and a children`s playground.

The private swimming pool (10x4 m) situated about 30 metres from the building is open from May to September. Equipped with a lighting system, the swimming pool can be used also at night. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs.

Next to the swimming pool lies a fully fenced lake of about 1,000 square metres.

The villa is accessed through a remote controlled gate.


Accommodation

The villa (120 square metres) offers 6 sleeping accommodations in 2 double-bedded rooms and 1 twin-bedded room, and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the cellar.

The first floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms, one twin-bedded room and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower and washing machine).

One of the double-bedded rooms has a balcony.

The rooms are tastefully furnished in classical style, with wrought-iron and wooden furniture.

At guest`s disposal: a large terrace furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa is provided with garden, swimming pool, children`s playground, barbecue, wireless Internet connection, working fireplace, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garage and uncovered parking place.
Two folding beds and a playpen for babies are supplied upon request.

A pizzeria (300 m) and an ice-cream parlour (800 m) are within easy walking distance from the villa.

A bus stop is about 400 metres from the villa.

About 2 kilometres from the villa is a supermarket with a chemist`s.

Shops and services of any kind, the railway station and the motorway exit are in Altopascio, about 3 kilometres from the villa.

About 5 kilometres from the villa, in Montecarlo, there are some famous restaurants.
