The villa (sleeping 5) stands atop a hill in the countryside that surrounds Siena and enjoys a magnificent view over the town of the Palio. The celebrated Piazza del Campo is within a 15-minute walk.

The building is surrounded by a garden rich in tree-lined alleys and an olive grove. Guests are granted the use of the swimming pool and the tennis court in the 3-hectare park on an exclusive basis.

The wide loggia is furnished with garden table, sofa and armchairs for guests to relax in front of the enthralling panorama.

The two-storey building (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms) is provided with all comforts (air conditioning on the first floor, DVD player, CD player, satellite TV, Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, iron, cot bed and car park).

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a large living room, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The first floor composes of a double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room, an access room commanding Siena and a bathroom.
