Description

The green hills of the Crete Senesi region, the southern districts of Siena, Montalcino and Mount Amiata: that is the stunning panorama the villa situated 250 metres above sea level in the Crete Senesi region, in Monteroni d`Arbia (Siena), opens onto. The whole province of Siena is worldwide renowned for its wines and cheeses, which guests can taste during their holidays at the villa. The villa is also an excellent departure point for trips to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Florence and other famous Tuscan tourist destinations. The celebrated spa towns of Rapolano Terme, Bagno Vignoni and Saturnia are within easy driving distance. In proximity to the villa are also a golf club, some tennis courts and a riding stable.

In the fully fenced garden that stretches around the building lie a whirlpool bathtub and the private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.00-2.00). The pool side is furnished with tables, sun loungers and sunshades.
Guests can have their meals in the wide porch furnished with table and chairs.

The two-storey building composes of kitchen; living room with reading corner; large lounge with dining, living and reading areas; laundry room; four double bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and three bathrooms (one on the ground floor); in total, it sleeps 8 people.

The villa comes with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, working fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, cot beds, mountain bikes and private car parking space.
A cook, a baby-sitter and a maid service are supplied upon request.

A riding stable, a golf club and a tennis club are within 10 kilometres from the villa.
