The villa (16+1 sleeping accommodations) is located near Arsicci, a village in the Tuscan Apennines, near Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Monterchi, important cities of history and art. The stone building is surrounded by a 5000 square-metres park in which there are a swimming pool, a terrace and a garage for 4 cars. The rooms are furnished with period furniture and the villa offers a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains. The village of Badia Tedalda, 12 kilometres far from the villa, has any kind of service. Florence, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, the Umbrian cities of Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Perugia, the Adriatic coast and the San Marino Republic are easily reached for one-day excursions.

The villa (7 bedrooms + single sofa bed and 7 bathrooms) spreads out over four floors.

Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace and stereo system, ironing room, laundry-bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and garage.

Basement: living room with bar and billiard table, second living room with piano, fireplace, gaming-tables and TV set, reading room and 1 bathroom.

First floor: 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, study with single sofa bed and 1 triple bedroom. Possibility of adding a baby-cot in one of the double bedrooms.

Second floor (mansard): 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
