Description

Surrounded by a fully fenced wide park dotted with century-old cypress and holm-oak trees, the villa is located in Valdichiana, in proximity to Lucignano, a small town in the province of Arezzo renowned for its medieval urban structure.
Due to its particular geographic position, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Siena, Arezzo, Florence, the whole Chianti region, Val d`Orcia, Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy. Sport and well-being lovers can visit the nearby golf club, riding stable, spas and tennis club.

Many paths wind through the wide park of the villa, where are also a gazebo furnished for guests to have their meals in the open air and the private swimming pool (15x8 m; depth: 1.00-3.00 m), exclusively reserved to guests. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers.

In past, the villa belonged to a noble Florentine family, whose coat of arms decorates an ancient well. The large rooms with frescoed ceilings are furnished with precious ancient pieces of furniture.


Accommodation

The villa can accommodates 18+4 guests in 4 twin bedrooms, 5 double bedrooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 1 double sofa beds; it also has 9 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry room, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor are a wide living room, two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and one with shower).
The second floor is divided into three suites: one with bathroom with whirlpool bathtub; one with living room, double sofa bed and bathroom; one with private living room.
Two supplementary single beds are available upon request.
The dining room on the ground floor has a direct access to the garden, whereas the two double bedrooms on the first floor open onto a large balcony.


Facilities and Services

The villa comes with swimming pool, barbecue, working fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, whirlpool bathtub, ironing equipment, cot bed and private car parking space.
A baby sitter, a cook and breakfast and maid services are supplied upon request.

Shops and services are in Lucignano (7 km).
A golf club, a riding stable and some tennis courts are 15 kilometres from the villa, whereas Rapolano Terme and its spas are 17 kilometres from the estate.
