The complex consisting of a small villa and an outbuilding is located near San Gimignano, a medieval town between Siena and Florence renowned for its towers (of the original 72 only 16 are still to be seen) and the Vernaccia, a white wine appreciated all over the world.

A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to visit the Duomo and Piazza della Cisterna, climb the Torre Grossa (the highest tower of the town) and enjoy the wonderful panorama, and taste the local cured meats and cheeses.


Description

Set on the hills of Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany, the property is an excellent departure point for visiting Siena, Florence, Pisa, Colle Val d'Elsa, Lucca and many other cities of art within easy driving distance.

A small pond and the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) with an outdoor shower are in the garden that surrounds the buildings.
A covered terrace equipped for alfresco dining is accessed from the main house.
At guests' disposal: the barbecue equipment.


Accommodation

The main house is a one-storey building that can accommodate 4 guests and composes of living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower (one without bidet).

The outbuilding can accommodate 2 guests and composes of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The villa comes with swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, fans, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
A domestic help is available upon request.

A pizzeria and a café are 1.5 kilometres from the villa.
Shops and services of any kind and a railway station are 5 kilometres from the property.
