Villas with Pool

The villa (sleeping 12+4) is situated near Roccastrada, Massa Marittima and Roccatederighi, in the province of Grosseto, between the Maremma and the Val d`Orcia. Standing in panoramic position, the villa looks onto the Monteleoni valley and the gorgeous Tuscan countryside.

The villa comes with private swimming pool and barbecue equipment.

The building (6 double bedrooms, 2 of which with third bed + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments with independent entry and provided with all comforts (satellite TV, Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer and iron). At guests` disposal: cot bed and high chairs and private sunshades and deck chairs.

Apartment 1 (8+2 sleeping accommodations): it is situated on the ground floor and composes of kitchen, large living room with working fireplace, 4 double bedrooms (possibility of adding a third single bed in two of them) and 2 bathrooms. The veranda opens onto the swimming pool.

Apartment 2 (4+2 sleeping accommodations): it is on the first floor and consists in kitchen, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded bedroom and 1 bathroom. The large balcony overlooks the wonderful Monteleoni valley.
