Description

The beaches of Versilia, the mountains of Garfagnana, Lucca and Pisa are just some of the many tourist destinations that are within easy driving distance from the farmhouse situated in Segromigno in Monte (Lucca), a small village in the municipality of Capannori.

Between a walk or a bike ride and a trip at the discovery of one of the many medieval villages in Garfagnana, guests can have pleasant times by the private swimming pool (6.30x14 m; depth: 1.00-2.40 m) that lies in the enormous three-hectare park that surrounds the building. The pool side is furnished with gazebos, tables, chairs and sun loungers.
A whirlpool bath sitting five people is under one of the gazebos.

A children`s playground featuring a table-tennis table, a swing, a playhouse and a small football field has been created in a part of the garden.

The estate is fully equipped and accessed through an electric gate.

Large and comfortable, the rooms of the two-storey farmhouse are furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.


Accommodation

The farmhouse sleeps 11 people in 1 single bedroom and 5 double bedrooms; the bathrooms are 4.
The living area on the ground floor consists in the fully equipped kitchen and a living room with wide dining area and fireplace. On the ground floor are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a single bedroom, three double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom with shower) and a bathroom with shower.

A riding stable and a tennis club are within 4 kilometres from the farmhouse.
