Description

The farmhouse stands in dominating position on a hill in Valdichiana, in proximity to Cortona (Arezzo), a small town of Etruscan origin. The garden and the windows of the farmhouse overlook Mount Cetona, Lake Trasimeno and Mount Amiata. The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who would like to visit Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano and other Tuscan tourist destinations, that are easily reached by car thanks to the nearby secondary road (250 metres from the estate).

In the garden, about 20 metres from the stone building, which has been completely renovated and divided into two apartments, lies the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.10-1.40 m). The swimming pool is provided with hydromassage and is open from May to September.


Accommodation

The building is divided into two independent apartments; in total it sleeps 8+2 people in 2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 2 bathrooms.

Both apartments (one is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) composes of a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a double-bedded room, one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

A double sofa bed is in the living room of the apartment on the first floor.

The apartment on the first floor is accessed through an external stair and a small loggia.

Both apartments come with an area furnished for having meals al fresco.


Facilities and Services

The farmhouse features a swimming pool with hydromassage, barbecue equipment, air conditioning and a private car parking place.
Both apartments are equipped with independent heating system, fireplace, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A baby sitter, a cook and a maid service are available upon request.

Restaurants, shops and services of any kind are within 4 kilometres from the farmhouse.
