Farmhouses

Description

The farmhouse stands on the side of the Pratomagno, in the Upper Valdarno, just a few kilometres from Terranuova Bracciolini (Arezzo). Important Tuscan tourist destinations, including Siena, Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Sansepolcro and Anghiari, are within easy car distance. Nature lovers can visit the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi, which lies a few kilometres from the estate. In the surrounding countryside are several riding stables, whereas two outlet villages are respectively 12 and 25 kilometres from the farmhouse.

The building has been recently renovated and divided into two apartments, which are not rented separately. Both of the apartments are provided with all comforts, feature terracotta-tiled floors, wooden ceilings and brick archways and are furnished with period furniture.

The pergola in the garden in front of the house is furnished with table and chairs.

In the garden is also the private parking.

The private swimming pool (15x7 m) that lies on a small hill about 50 metres from the house and is open from June to September is reserved to the exclusive use of the guests.

In case of need, guests can contact the owners of the farmhouse, who live nearby.


Accommodation

The farmhouse offers 10 sleeping accommodations in 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 rooms with two single beds, and 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 (90 m² - 4 sleeping accommodations) consists in a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, dining area, a room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

Apartment 2 (140 m² - 6 sleeping accommodations) has three levels of living space and consists in kitchen, dining area, two living rooms (one with fireplace), a room with two single bed in the loft, two double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite bathroom with shower) and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor is accessed both from inside through the loft and from the exterior, through a covered terrace.


Facilities and Services

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool, satellite TV, fireplaces, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe and private parking.

Baker`s, food shops, chemist`s and tobacconists` are in San Giustino Valdarno, about 3 kilometres from the farmhouse.
In Terranuova Bracciolini (7 km) and Montevarchi (10 km) are two shopping centres.
Two outlet villages are 12 and 25 kilometres from the estate.
The nearest railway station is in Montevarchi (10 km).
