The ancient rural house (6+1 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position at the centre of an olive grove on the hills that surround Lucca, only 7 kilometres from the town centre. The building is surrounded by a fully fenced 4000-square-metre garden, rich in olive trees and oleanders. The estate is accessed through a remote controlled gate. The farmhouse features also two terraces with ancient terracotta floors. Provided with swimming pool (5.5 x 10.5 m), solarium area, table-tennis table, barbecue equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, ironing equipment, two bicycles and car park, the farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

The farmhouse (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is a two-storey building.
On the ground floor are a veranda-office with a large French door opening onto the swimming pool, a laundry room, a double-bedded room, two twin-bedded rooms, a bathroom with shower and double wash-basin and a bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with stereo system and TV set and a small service bathroom.
