The farmhouse (4 sleeping accommodations) stands on the mountains of Garfagnana, in the small medieval village of Coreglia Antelminelli, not far from Barga, in the province of Lucca.

Ideal accommodation for those who would like to relax far from the crowded mass tourism destinations, the farmhouse enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding mountains.

The estate is fully fenced. In the rear garden, in the shadow of a mature chestnut tree and surrounded by jasmine, lies the heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m), which commands the wonderful panorama.

Furnished in rustic style and provided with heating system, fireplace, barbecue equipment, Wi-Fi Internet connection, DVD player, CD player, microwave oven, electric oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board, the farmhouse features terracotta-tiled floors, low ceilings, exposed stonework walls and brick archways: all typical elements of Tuscan houses.

The farmhouse (2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is a two-storey building.
The ground floor composes of hallway; dining room with stone fireplace and furnished with rustic wooden pieces; small but fully equipped kitchen; living room with terracotta-tiled and beamed ceiling, exposed stonework walls and stone-and-brick archway; one bathroom with shower. The dining room and the living room have access to the rear garden.
The first floor composes of a double-bedded room with access to a small balcony commanding the swimming pool and the mountains of Garfagnana and one bedroom with bunk beds.
In an outdoor covered storage-space in the rear garden are the barbecue equipment, some sun loungers and the washing machine.
