Description

The farmhouse is situated in Valdichiana, near Cortona (Arezzo). The ideal departure place for visiting some famous towns in the province of Arezzo, including Anghiari, Sansepolcro and Caprese Michelangelo, as well as Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena and Florence, the farmhouse is also an excellent accommodation for those who want to dedicate to sports during their holidays: in proximity to the estate there are some tennis courts and a riding stable.

The truss-beams, a fresco representing Saint Sylvester and an unusual bell-shaped window are clear evidence of the fact that in the origin the building was a country church erected in the Middle Ages, which was converted into a farmhouse only after 1577.

The house is surrounded by a garden furnished with deck chairs, tables and chairs. Here are also a paved terrace with the barbecue equipment. The swimming pool (11x5 m) is shared with the owners, whom guests can contact in case of need.

The two-storey farmhouse sleeps 5 people in 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 single bedroom, and 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, large living room with fireplace, storeroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor are a double-bedded room, a single room, a room with two single beds that can be united to create a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor is also a loggia overlooking the Valdichiana, which is accessed through an external stone stair.

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool, barbecue, working fireplace, Internet connection, TV set, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, hair dryer and uncovered private parking.
A cook is available upon request.

Shop, restaurants and a bus stop are in Camucia (2 km).
A riding stable and a tennis club are 2 kilometres from the estate.
