The villa (10+3 sleeping accommodations) is situated near Montecarlo, a small town of medieval origin in the province of Lucca. The famous beaches of Versilia are about 30 kilometres from the estate. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa commands the wonderful countryside.

The building is surrounded by a 1000-square-metre garden, where lies the private swimming pool. The barbecue equipment and a table-tennis table are at guests` disposal. The estate is fully fenced and has a private car park.

Provided with satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, hair dryer and fireplace, the villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is a two-storey building with a floor space of 270 square metres.
The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room with fireplace, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The kitchen has direct access to a veranda furnished for eating al fresco.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, and a panoramic terrace.
