The ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in close contact with nature, the cottage stands 250 metres above sea level on the hills of Versilia, in proximity to Camaiore (Lucca), between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps.

Staying at the holiday house guests will have the opportunity to visit Lucca and its famous 16th-century city walls, to have a trip to Pisa and admire the well-renowned Leaning Tower, or to attend Viareggio Carnival float parades.
Guests can also take some surfing and sailing lessons at the nearby beaches of Lido di Camaiore or visit the Natural Park of Migliarino - San Rossore - Massaciuccoli.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a fully fenced orchard.
The private swimming pool (diameter: 4.00 m; depth: 1.50 m) lies about 15 metres from the cottage.
Guests can have their meals in the open air under the pergola furnished with table and chairs and use the barbecue equipment.

The holiday house can accommodate 2 guests in a kitchen-small living room with fireplace, a bedroom with French-size bed and a bathroom with shower.
