Situated in Punta Ala, one of the most famous seaside resorts on the coast of southern Tuscany, the semi-detached house overlooks onto the Gulf of Punta Ala and Follonica and the most important islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Montecristo and Giglio. The structure is near the port and the centre of Punta Ala and is the ideal accommodation for those who desire to bask in the sunshine on the beach and to dedicate to different sport activities at the same time: in fact, in the neighbourhood of the house there are some tennis courts and a prestigious golf club; if you prefer, you can also dedicate to sailing and other water sports. Important historical towns in the Tuscan Maremma, such as Vetulonia, Populonia and Roselle, are within easy car reach. Shops and services are only 1.5 kilometres from the house. The house is provided with all comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, methane heating system and smoke detector, video library and DVD player, Internet connection) and disposes of a private indoor car park. The satellite TV decoder receives only uncoded channels, but SKY subscribers can use their card.

The rooms of the semi-detached house (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) are spread over two floors. The ground floor composes of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, wide living room with panoramic glass window, utility room, and 1 bathroom with shower. The wide panoramic terrace communicates with the kitchen. The first floor composes of 1 double bedroom with panoramic terrace, 1 double bedroom with access to the rear garden, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.
