Description

The villa, situated in Upper Maremma - Val di Cecina, in Monteverdi Marittimo (Pisa), has a magnificent view of the valley below and the surrounding hills covered with woods, olive groves and cypress trees.
Staying at the villa, guests will have the opportunity to visit the nearby Etruscan necropolis of Populonia and the archaeological park of Cecina, Suvereto - one of the most beautiful Italian villages -, and Bolgheri - with the rows of cypress the Italian poet Giosu� Carducci chanted in a famous poem.
The beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra and Siena are easily reached for pleasant one-day trips.
Good-food lovers can taste Maremma traditional dishes in the trattorias and restaurants in the neighbourhood of the villa.

The building is surrounded by 16,000 square metres of olive groves, vegetable gardens and orchards dotted with cypress trees. The estate is fully fenced.
The garden is furnished with table and chair for guests to relax in the peaceful countryside admiring the panorama.
The porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.
The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) equipped with sun loungers, tables, sunshades and a shower is fully fenced.


Accommodation

The two-storey building accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms; it has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, living area including four rooms, four bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The villa comes with fenced swimming pool, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, air conditioning in three bedrooms, oven, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing set, cot bed and private car parking space.
Baby-sitting and maid services are supplied upon request.
