Villas at the Sea

The farmhouse (4+1 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hill in Scarlino (Grosseto). Excellent starting point for excursions in Tuscan Maremma at the discovery of the Etruscan and medieval treasures hidden in Pitigliano, Sorano and Massa Marittima, the farmhouse is just 7 kilometres from the beaches of Follonica and enjoys an enthralling view over the homonymous gulf.

Easily reached are also Calaviolina, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Baratti and Punta Ala.

A nice 900-square-metre garden fully fenced and provided with lighting system surrounds the building. The estate is accessed through an electric gate.

Provided with private car park, brick barbecue, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, mosquito screens and iron, the farmhouse covers a surface of 55 square metres.

The house (2 double bedrooms + single sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of living room with single sofa bed, kitchenette, two double-bedded rooms and one bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the porch, which is furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and small armchairs.
