The villa (accommodation for 9 people) is located on the headland of Argentario Monutain, in Maremma. The balcony overlooks Porto Santo Stefano and the Tirreno Sea. The villa is surrounded by a garden and has 2 balconies with tales and chairs. For guests: TV, wash machine, dishwasher and garage. Tennis courts and a little lake for fishing in the surroundings of the villa. Possibility to dive, windsurfing and water skiing in the sea of this area. Few km far from the villa there is the Natural Park of Maremma, also known as ‘Uccellina Park’. The villa is a perfect starting point for excursions in close towns such as Saturnia, Talamone or the Giglio Island; important art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Rome are easily reachable with car.
