Villas at the Sea

The 19th-century master villa (5+1 sleeping accommodations) is situated between Lucca and Collodi, in the heart of Valdinievole. Important Tuscan cities of art, such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the charming small town of Collodi and the beaches of Viareggio and Versilia are within easy car distance.

The building is surrounded by a gorgeous 9000-square-metre fully fenced park; there lies the private swimming pool (5 x 12 m; depth: 1.40 m) exclusively reserved to guests. The pool side is equipped with sunshades, deck chairs, an outdoor shower and a lighting system. In the garden are also the barbecue equipment, a table for having meals al fresco and a garage with a washing machine.

Provided with all comforts (Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, hydromassage facilities, sauna, cot bed and ironing equipment), the villa is divided into two apartments, one of which is not occupied. The guests living in the second apartments will be the only people in the villa and will be granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool, park and all of the external areas.

The two-level apartment (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + possibility of adding a single bed in one of the double bedrooms, and a bathroom) covers an area of 180 square metres.

The ground floor composes of kitchen/dining room, lumber room and laundry room.

On the first floor are a large living room with satellite TV, two double bedrooms, 1 bedroom/study and a bathroom with whirlpool shower and sauna.
