Villas at the Sea

This luxury house (accommodation for 6 people) is located in the centre of Forte dei Marmi, one of the most exclusive places of the Versilia coast, near the sea. From the villa there is a fantastic panoramic view of the Alps Apuane. At the rear of the villa there is a garden with a table and some chairs and a laundry. The villa has air conditioning, Sat TV, 1 private parking place and bicycles. In the rental price is included the beach service, with beach umbrella and deckchair.

The house (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) is dislocated on two floors. In the ground floor there are a fully equipped living room with kitchen, a sitting room and 2 double bedrooms (it is possible to choose between single and double beds), both with private bathroom. In the first floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony of 10 sq-m. with a table in pig iron and marble and iron chairs.
