Villas at the Sea

Description

Situated in Camaiore (Lucca), on the hills of Versilia, the stone cottage furnished in the traditional Tuscan style commands the valley below and the hills covered with forests and olive groves; the Tyrrhenian Sea appears in the distance.

Staying at the cottage, guests will have the opportunity to visit the "Cittadella del Carnevale" in Viareggio and discover the secrets of the floats of one of the most important carnivals in Europe, or to watch an opera during the Puccini Festival that is held every year in Torre del Lago.
Guests can also have pleasant walks along the trails that stretch around the estate, relax on the beaches of Versilia or visit Pisa, Lucca and other important Tuscan cities of art.

The building is immersed in an olive grove.
The wide garden and the private swimming pool (diameter: 4.00 m; depth: 1.50 m) that lies within 15 metres of the house are exclusively reserved to guests.
Guests can have their meals in the open air under the pergola furnished with table and chairs and use the barbecue equipment.

The two-storey building can accommodate 2+1 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 single sofa bed; it has 1 bathroom.
The ground floor consists in a kitchen-small living room with single sofa bed.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The holiday house comes with barbecue equipment, swimming pool, satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, oven, cot bed and private car parking space.
Maid and baby-sitting services are supplied upon request.

A food shop and a restaurant are 2 kilometres from the cottage.
Other shops and services are in Camaiore (3 km).
The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are 14 kilometres from the holiday house.
A riding stable, a tennis club and a golf club are within 18 kilometres of the estate.
