Description

The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with care.
A beautiful garden with the private swimming pool (18x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.50 m) stretches around the building.
The wide paved space in front of the villa is equipped for having meals in the open air.
A table-tennis table and the barbecue equipment are in the garden, as well.

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting the nearby town of Collodi and its park dedicated to Pinocchio, Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the picturesque villages of Garfagnana.
Montecatini Terme thermal baths are within easy driving distance.

The two-storey building can accommodate 17 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 3 sofa beds, and has 7 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with dining area, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a half bathroom with washing machine and a double washbasin.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with a small-double sofa bed and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower and two more double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
