The villa (10 beds) is situated in Castelmuzio, a small Medieval village in Val d`Orcia, just a few kilometres from renowned towns, such as Montepulciano (20 km), Montalcino (27 km) and Pienza (10 km), and from some of the most important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence (111 km), Siena (50 km), Arezzo (50 km) and Grosseto (82 km). The villa commands the gorgeous Tuscan countryside and the Monte Amiata, rising in the distance. In the garden surrounding the building there is a private swimming pool (16x7 m), which is at guests` disposal. The garden is provided with outdoor furniture for dining in the open air. At guests` disposal: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, hi-fi system, iron. Welcome basket with local agriculture products, towels and bed linen.

The two-storey villa (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) features an external staircase. On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with oak dining table, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a second bathroom. On the first floor there are a living/dining room with CD/DVD player, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
