Luxury Villas

In the past used as film set and location for important music events, the villa (10 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill in Valdichiana, near Arezzo. Surrounded by numerous pathways for relaxing walks and bicycle rides in the Tuscan countryside, the villa is an excellent lodging for those who desire to visit Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Florence, Montalcino and other important Tuscan cities of art and culture.

A central loggia joins the south wing, where guests are accommodated, and the north wing of the elegant building. Guests are granted absolute privacy and the exclusive use of all outdoor areas and of the swimming pool, situated in the 12-hectare park surrounding the villa, together with a theatre made with plants and trees. The swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.80-3 m) lies 100 metres from the building and is open from the end of April to the end of September. In front of the building is a lawn furnished with table, chairs and gazebo for parties and special events. The terraces on the first floor overlook Arezzo and the surrounding countryside.

Provided with all comforts (Internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, oven and car park), the building features marble floors and is furnished in period style and with antiques. Animals are admitted upon request. In case of need, guests can contact the owners of the villa, who live nearby.

The rooms of the villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) are deployed over three floors.
On the ground floor are a TV room, a large living room with fireplace and a dining room.
The first floor, which is reached through a big marble spiral staircase, composes of 1 twin-bedded bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.
On the basement are a store/ironing room, the kitchen, 1 twin-bedded bedroom and 1 bathroom. The basement is accessed through a small spiral staircase. A French door leads to the car park.
