Elegant villa near Pienza and Montepulciano, surrounded by the green hills of one of the most beautiful parts of Tuscany: the Val d`Orcia. Declared Word Heritage Site by the Unesco, the Val d`Orcia is famous for the wonderful landscape, the small towns and its food and wines.


Description

The villa has an amazing view on Montepulciano and the sorrounding hills. This area is famous for its peace and harmony. The villa is the ideal soltuon for all those who want to spend their holidays sorrounded by the beautiful Tuscan landscape in absolute privacy and peace, knowing that the most important Tuscan cities are reachable on one day tours.

The property is on two floors and it was the typical Tuscan farmhouse. It was completely restored using the local colors and materials.


Outdoor

In the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool and an organic garden, whose vegetables can be picked by the guests. Under a nice arbour, there is a table to dine outdoor, a barbecue and a wood stove for pizzas and homemade bread.


Accomodation

The villa (8+2 beds - 230 square metres - 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 5 bathrooms) has two floors.
On the ground floor: a dining room connected to a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. Books in foreign languages are located on a nice manger. In the living area there is a toilette. From the living room, we access to a twin bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom, guests can go into the garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, three ensuite bathrooms. Two single beds can be added in the bedroom on the ground floor or in the two double bedrooms on the first floor.


Facilities

The villa has dishwasher, washing machine, sat TV, DVD player, heating, Internet WI-FI Connection, fireplace. Garden, swimming pool and outdoor area with dining table, stove for pizzas and barbeque.


Services

The closest town is three kilometres away from the villa and it has any kind of shop and services. Golf and tennis courts, riding stables and thermal spa centres are nearby.
