The villa (accommodation for 8/12 people) is near the village of Monterchi (3 km) where at the end of XVI century Piero della Francesca painted his famous “Madonna del Parto”. The villa was built in 1785 as the summer house of owners. In 1902 the villa was enlarged. A park of 22 hectares encloses the property, while the villa is encircled by a garden with roses and a swimming pool (6x12), beach umbrella, gazebo, table, chairs and deckchairs. Both garden and swimming pool have night lighting. Near the swimming pool there is a toilet that can be used as changing room. The villa has every kind of comfort (Sat-TV, Internet connection, stereo) and it also has table-tennis. It is possible to rent bicycles. If requested, it is possible to have two cots for children.
The villa (6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) is dislocated on three levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped laundry, a sitting room and a kitchen. In the first floor there is another fully equipped kitchen, a little sitting room, 3 double rooms (one with private bathroom) and one bedroom with single beds. In the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with private bathroom. If requested, one of the two bedroom can have double bed. All bathrooms have hairdryer.
