The luxurious villa is set on the hills of Versilia, the region in northern Tuscany renowned for the wonderful beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.

A stay at the villa during the winter offers the opportunity to attend the parades of the wonderful floats of Viareggio carnival, one of the most famous carnivals in Europe.


Description

Situated a few kilometres from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting many Tuscan cities of art, including Florence, Lucca and Pisa, which are easily reached not only by car but also by train.
A tennis club and a golf club are near the property.

The wide garden that surrounds the building is furnished with table and chairs for having meals and relax in the open air while listening to music thanks to the Bluetooth stereo system. The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.
Thanks to its coverage, the private swimming pool (9x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) can be used all the year round, whereas the lighting system allows guests to bathe in the evening.


Accommodation

The three-storey building can accommodate 8 guests in 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace and large dining area, and a junior suite with bathroom.
On the first floor are two suites with two single beds and bathroom with shower, and a large suite with a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, walk-in closet and sauna.
A large room with table-football table, billiard table, cinema area and an area dedicated to music with drums, a keyboard, microphones and a karaoke set is on the basement floor.
