The villa (8+1 beds) is located in a farm once belonging to the Bardi and Medici families, in the Tuscan countryside, between Pisa and Volterra. The farmhouse, where once lived the farm manager, has recently been renovated and provided with satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection and ecological vaporization system. The building is surrounded by a gorgeous park commanding the typical Tuscan landscape made of gentle hills covered with olive groves and evergreen trees. In the garden there is the swimming pool (5x10 m), whose unusual black tiles create beautiful reflections. The villa features also a small light aircraft landing area. Astronomy fans can observe the sky in starry nights thanks to the telescope on the flat roof. Possibility of renting 4 mountain bikes and of tasting the extra virgin olive oil and the vegetables produced in the farm. Clay pigeon shooting range in the neighbourhood, open in spring and summer at weekends. The veranda is furnished for eating outside. Barbecue under the pergola. The villa is an excellent starting point for visiting Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, which are all within easy car distance.

The 210 m² composing the villa (4 bedrooms + single sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) are divided into two storeys. The ground floor composes of kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave and oven, sitting room-studio with fireplace, DVD player and satellite TV, laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and 1 bathroom with bath tub. The first floor composes of 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms (either double or twin-bedded, upon request). The largest bedrooms is provided with a single sofa bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
