Location

The luxurious villa is located in Grosseto countryside, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Maremma, in southern Tuscany.

With its tufa towns built on sheer rocks, like Sovana and Pitigliano, the archaeological sites of Vetulonia and Populonia, the seaside resorts along the coast - from Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia to Argentario -, the famous thermal towns of Petriolo and Saturnia and its nature reserves, such as the Park of Uccellina and the Nature Reserve of Diaccia Botrona, Maremma is an area rich in natural and landscape beauties that has preserved its wildness almost unaltered over the centuries.

Maremma is also a region renowned for its food-and-wine tradition, and the land of excellent wines - such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Morellino di Scansano - and pecorino cheese, of truffle, saffron and extra-virgin olive oil.


Description

The villa is just a few kilometres from Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia, Talamone and other famous seaside resorts of southern Tuscany, and is the ideal lodging for those who want to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside having long walks up to the nearby Natural Park of Maremma.

The wide fully fenced park that stretches around the elegant building is scattered with aromatic-herb and flower beds.
The three swimming pools (one for adults, one for children and a whirlpool swimming pool) are surrounded by a wide solarium area.
The barbecue equipment, a pizza oven, a table for having meals al fresco and some outdoor children's toys are at guests' disposal.

The villa features also a wide indoor wellness area with gym, steam room and relaxation area.


Accommodation

The three-storey building can accommodate 12+6 guests in 6 double bedrooms and 3 double sofa beds, and has 8 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are six double bedrooms, three of which have also a double sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
In the basement are a living room, the billiard room, the gym, the steam room, a relaxation area and two bathrooms.
