Luxury Villas

The villa (accommodation for 10+2 people) is located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and olive groves. The building dates back to the XV century. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool and a panoramic balcony which offers a fantastic view on the city of Siena. The villa has a private chapel for the celebration of marriages. The villa has any kind of comfort and is few km far from restaurants, supermarkets and services. Besides, it is not too far from Florence, Lucca and Arezzo, the most important art cities of Tuscany. It is possible to organize guided tours.

The villa (5 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 5 bathrooms) is dislocated on 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a dining room, a sitting room, a study with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, a bathroom with two washbasins and a bathroom with shower. In the first floor there are a sitting room, 2 bathrooms with bath, a double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a bedroom with a three-quarter bed. Besides, there is a balcony to eat outdoor and Sat TV.
