Description

Vineyards, olive groves and woods stretch as far as the eye can see around the elegant former farmhouse converted into a luxury villa situated in Upper Valdarno, near Bucine (Arezzo). The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who wish to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Many important Tuscan and central-Italy cities of art, including Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Cortona, Florence and Perugia, are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips. A riding stable about 1 kilometre from the villa organises horseback excursions in the neighbourhood. Rapolano Terme and its spas, a golf club and a tennis club are within a few kilometres from the estate.

In the fully fenced garden that surrounds the villa are a large table with wrought-iron chairs and the private swimming pool with whirlpool area (7x17 m; depth: 1.40 m), furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. A stereo system streams the music broadcasted by radio stations from all over the world.
A sauna for 6/8 people, a wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment and a bathroom are in an annex close to the swimming pool.


Accommodation

The villa accommodates 10+4 people in 1 twin bedroom, 4 double bedrooms and 4 supplementary single beds; it has 5 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
Four supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms.
One of the bathrooms has a whirpool bathtub for two people.

A cook, a baby sitter and a maid and breakfast service are supplied upon request.
A satellite navigator with the addresses of outlet village, shops, services, restaurants and places to visit, an iPad with interactive maps of various cities, some notes in English on the cities and the monuments to see and a list of shops and services with their phone number, their address and the distance from the villa are at guests' disposal.
