Description

The windows of the villa situated between Siena and Florence, in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, open onto the hills of Chianti, covered with vineyards and olive groves and rich in routes for walks and horseback and bicycle excursions in nature.
Staying at the villa, guests will have the opportunity to visit Florence and its famous monuments and museums - the Duomo, the church of Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery. Also Siena, the town of Palio, is within a few kilometres of the villa.

The building is surrounded by a garden in which are the barbecue equipment, a table-football table and a table-tennis table.
The private swimming pool (4x12 m; depth: 1.30 m) lies about 20 metres from the house. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and sunshades.


Accommodation

The two-storey building can accommodate 4+2 guests in 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed; it also has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is a garage.
On the first floor are a living room with a double sofa bed, the dining room with kitchenette, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower).
Three sides of the villa are surrounded by a balcony furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.
