In the fenced garden surrounding the building there are the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (10x5 m), furnished with tables, chairs, sunloungers and sunshades. Provided with all comforts (washing machine, dish washer, satellite TV and stereo system), the villa features large and luminous terracotta-tiled rooms with beamed ceilings. The rent include a maid service three days a week. In the neighbourhood of the villa there are riding stables, tennis courts and a golf club.

The villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) spread out over two floors. The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system and 1 bathroom with shower.
