The villa is located in Mugello. Florence historic centre and its famous monuments - the basilica of Santa Croce, the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower, the Uffizi Gallery, Boboli gardens and Ponte Vecchio - are within a few dozen kilometres and are easily reached both by car and by train.


Description

The charming building with independent entrance is the guesthouse of the nearby manor house, from which it is however completely separated. The villa has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished in an elegant style.

The garden that surrounds the building features the barbecue equipment and a whirlpool tub sitting four. The garden is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furnishings for having meals in the open air.

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting the nearby Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi and for jaunts to Lake Bilancino. A tennis club and a riding stable are near the villa.


Accommodation

The two-storey building can accommodate 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor (which is accessed descending about ten steps) are the kitchen with the dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
