The villa (accommodation for 12+2 people) is located on the hills of the Florentine Chianti, in Montespertoli, cultivated with vineyards and olive groves. In the garden of the villa there are a swimming pool (10x5 metres ) and fruit trees. The villa has also a vegetable garden. For guests: satellite TV, Internet connection, washing machine, household linen and safe. The villa is in the heart of Tuscany and the important cultural centres of the region, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Volterra, are easily reachable.

The villa (5 bedrooms + accommodation for 2 people in a sofa bed and 5 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments and composes of two kitchens, three living rooms (one with a double sofa bed), two triple bedrooms and five bathrooms. The villa is rented as a whole.
