Villas with pool

The villa (accommodation for 16/22 people) is located in the heart of the Florentine countryside and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The villa is in Pelago, few km far from Florence which can be easily reached by car or by train. In the garden of the villa there is the private swimming pool. The villa offers many activities to its guests: actually, it is possible to rent bicycles to visit the area, participate in classes of Florentine and Tuscan cuisine, book guided tours to museums and one-day guided tours in important cities of this area. Free access to Internet. Not too far from the villa there are tennis courts (10 minutes), a riding school (20 minutes) and golf groves (40 minutes). In September and October, the owners organize days of harvest in which even guests can participate. The villa is a perfect starting point for one-day tours in various Tuscan cities such as Arezzo, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano and the Casentino. 6 km far from the villa there is the train station of Pontassieve from which trains leave every 15 minutes for Florence. Distances: Florence 18 km – Arezzo 60 km – San Gimignano 75 km – Siena 90 km – Pisa 120 km.

The villa (7 bedrooms + accommodation for 4 people in sofa beds and 5 bathrooms) is divided in 4 apartments of about 60 sq-m. each which are rented all together. Every apartment has an hairdryer, microwave oven, stereo. The apartment Michelangelo (accommodation for 3+2 people) is composed by a sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom with additional single bed and a bathroom. In the apartment Giotto (accommodation for 5+1 people) there are a sitting room with a little kitchen, fireplace and single sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one of them with additional single bed) and a bathroom. The apartment Donatello (accommodation for 6 people) has a kitchen, a sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, both with additional bed, and a bathroom. Not too far there is the apartment Montepescoli in which there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a sitting room with single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Every apartment overlooks the surrounding hills.
